How do I find my tracking number?

Your NexaTrack tracking number was sent to your email and/or phone when your shipment was registered. It follows the format NXT-2026XXXXXX. You can also find it on your shipping receipt or invoice.

How do I make a payment?

Contact our support team with your tracking number to arrange payment. We accept cash, bank transfer, wire transfer, mobile money, and card payments. Your payment account summary on this page will update automatically once your payment is recorded.

Why hasn't my tracking status updated?

Tracking events are logged at key checkpoints. Gaps between updates are normal during international transit. If there's been no update for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team.

My shipment shows "At Customs" — what do I do?

Check the Action Required alert at the top of your tracking page for specific instructions. Customs holds usually require payment of duties or submission of additional documentation. Contact our support team immediately for assistance.
